Jenny launched Freckle Face Yoga in September 2023 to offer movement, mindfulness, support and community for moms and their families. Jenny has practiced yoga for 20 years after signing up for a beginner yoga class at her local community center in 2004. Over the years, she’s used yoga to navigate life’s challenges all while building a sacred community along the way.
