Richelle Clayton
I'm a mom of 2 in the San Francisco Bay Area, CA. In 2019, I set out to become a "perinatal coach," unsure exactly what that might look like, eager to support new and expecting families from pregnancy into parenthood. Along the way, I picked up a number of certifications—childbirth and lactation educator, doula, sleep coach, and RETAIN Parental Leave Coach—and founded From Pregnant to Parent, where I am slowly shifting my main focus to helping parents reclaim their time, confidence, and joy in parenthood so they can be the parent (and person) they want to be—and feel like themselves while they do it.
